Lead Time ~

Most items listed are available for immediate shipment.
First Order ~
$500.00 minimum is required for first orders.
Repeat Order minimum $200.00

Payment Terms and Options ~
All orders must be prepaid. MiShelli Designs currently accepts Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Credit card purchases
will appear on your statement as MiShelli Designs Jewelry. If you are
interested in payment options other than those listed, you may contact us via
email.
Shipping Options and Fees ~
Orders within the US:

International shipping ~

Returns, Cancellations, and Special Orders ~
All of our jewelry is guaranteed for workmanship. If you are unhappy with
"any piece for any reason" simply return the item within 10 days for a refund of
purchase price. Merchandise must be packaged and returned in its original
condition with a copy of the invoice. Contact with MiShelli Designs is required
prior to any return in order to serve your needs. Currently, I do not charge a
restocking fee.
All non-custom orders will receive a full refund, credit or exchange. Custom
orders will be granted exchange or store credit only.
Non Compete ~
All items purchased Wholesale ~ to be sold in a brick and mortar store will be
made unavailable for purchase on all of my retail websites.
